A few months ago I had a new Keeway Cruiser 250cc motorbike in Montevideo, Uruguay bought, I half inexpensive daily transportation and a fun way to see most of Uruguay and Argentina, rather than want. There seems to be a lack of comments on the bike, so it is on-line to help solve.

It 'clear that depending on the retailer and how the land is purchased the bike in the price can vary, but I have this here in Montevideo, Uruguay by a merchant named Vladimir Kaitazoff with a list price of U.S. $ 3600 Buy is coming with a 6 months or 6000 km warranty.
In my experience with this bike I canpleased to say that this is a generally reliable, if somewhat 'under-sized cruiser that is ideal for a short trip, commuting, and, in general, as a student / first bike.
The appearance of the bike is very surprising to 250cc. The image style Harley is totally focused on the road, particularly in Uruguay, where it is rare to find a great bike, I was often asked about it at traffic lights or parking, like other cyclists and motorists. The appearance of the bike is more related to a500cc cruiser, as Yamaha and Vintage 14L tank, saddle bags and screen presence to go along bike path reasonable for a bigger picture of the engine would result. Moreover, the minimum engine sounds especially nice because there are a number of sports (ish) pipe Twin expected.
Handling and ride motorcycles are right, it's not fantastic, but for a cheap, small motor cruiser replica, you can expect to feel as if you're not a horse of his older brothers. Around the city, ishas a more than sufficient power to get what you're outside (or inside) problems, is very agile and easy to maneuver, but obviously there are cases where it is too large to follow a scooter in traffic. In motorway / highways, which are able to reach and navigate (at least 2 days in a row in my experience), the speed limit of 100 km here, the tour is stable, if not a luxury, and the position is reasonably comfortable long tours. I managed to load it up (with my saddle bags are not standard) withabout 25 kg of luggage, and has performed excellent, and threw on a passenger, and the suspension did slow down from time to time on uneven ground, but on slippery roads, all right.
The brakes are adequate for the speed, he's clever, but I had closed a few times and I hung up of road surfaces in Uruguay, rather than the bike as it seems to happen only on one type of surface – Maybe I can fix it by replacing the tires standards, which are fairly basic. BrakesI feel a bit 'overwhelmed with the implementation of a mass of luggage and passenger, but only with a passenger or baggage is fine.
The change was initially seemed little and often fell into 2 gear, I've been to a local mechanic to fix the problem, seems to be creating a problem on a new transmission, as has now been resolved. The coupling is also seen as a bit 'spongy at first, has the same engineer has decided that, with some modifications. Now I am satisfied with the clutchand the transmission works fine, but sometimes, it is clear that the change is cheap for the occasional thump on the march. I think the lesson may be here to take a good mechanic for the first institution and the service center to the dealer, do not trust a manager.
The fuel consumption on a bicycle is very low, I 350 km with a 14L tank of fuel on long runs consistently, though, of course, varies with luggage, etc. Around the city, it usually gives a little 'more than 300 kmTank (probably more, but I was careful with the fuel).
The suspension is fluid around the city, and feels no less expensive than its more expensive counterparts, probably because it is! I also discovered that it is exposed to the creaks that seems to live in a couple of miles, and then disappeared, has not been a constant and a drop of lubricant have solved all.
Gauges are clear and displayed in km / h, mp / h, there is a lack of tachometer and fuel meters, which wouldis a good addition. They are also well lit and visible in the night without any problems. The headlights are big and strong enough to travel outside the city at night and beam is sufficient for the country, roads, etc.
In terms of accessories supplied with the bike:
An alarm on the models by the end of 2007 and afterwards, and the average sensitivity, and I expect that it would be good if you sit on it, but when you go near.
Late ignition, an electronic key fob (plus extras) iscondition that makes it possible to start and stop the engine and the remote activation of alarm. This is a good trick, as I often do not like to use – however, disabling the engine cut-side, not allowing the engine to warm up across the street (if you count the neighbors!).
Screen shows the default rate is a fair and effective, judging from the conditions of the present, after 1,500 km of desert riding their horses error in the bay as well!
Saddle bags Powers, it is usefulGeneral use everyday, but it was a long trip a little 'weak and too small for my needs. Handlebars can be sustained without the bags down, so you can adjust the stock market, if necessary.
Saddle bag support rails, sturdy chrome racks that are equipped to make it easy to add aftermarket leather – I chose a pair that made it difficult to purchase in Uruguay, but I think that more bags than throw fits and indicators away and do some pretty deep suspensionbags.
My experience with this bike is generally good. There was some initial problems of reliability that I have since filed with the poor preparation of the workshop, I managed to solve all, but a problem with an alternative, you mechanic. If long trips with lots of planning and passengers' baggage I that this bike will do, and more cheap, small cruisers, you may need bigger bags of pasta, but I want you to look at the biggest opportunities are designed to work in thesecase.
I have no hesitation in recommending this bike if you are looking for a relatively low cost, affordable cruiser that is capable of undertaking any journey, if necessary, and more than up to the task, such as village head round comfort.
